I've been spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to get these textures on my model.  With the help of Ellie and Sam, my metal is looking more like metal and less like plastic.  Thanks a bunch you guys =).  Also, adding in all those little details like grime in crevices and edges is very time consuming, but the overall result is coming out nicely.

I still have three more materials to finish and then I can call it done.  It's due on Thursday, short time frame to do this project, but I should have a decent result when I'm finished.  I'll have some pictures probably tomorrow night up for viewing, but for now, I'm wrapping up at the DAC and heading home.  I'm exhausted and need to sleep for class tomorrow.

I am currently a student in the University of Colorado Denver's Digital Animation Center.  I'm working towards getting my BA in 3D Graphics and Animation Emphasis, with a focus towards working in Film.

I'm mostly a self-taught artist with college being my only real formal education in fine arts.  In my free time I enjoy working on a blend of realism and manga inspired artwork and writing fiction.  I have a few graphic novel ideas in the works, a few collaborative.
